Feeling the onset of Autumn and my 45+ years it was definitely time to explore the best beauty secret: The House of Elemis in Mayfair – just a step away from my favourite street at this time of year.
After close inspection of my face; Lauren my therapist announced she would perform the ‘line eraser’ facial using the BIOTEC range of products. Trying not to be too offended I wondered how this will be any different to the many other facials I have experienced over the years? I have a particular love of the Guinot facials which, when I make time to book in always make my skin feel robust so how was this going to feel different?
The galvanic nature of the facial instantly tightened and boosted my skin and as I enjoyed the ambience and space of the penthouse around me I started to relax and enjoy the feast of activity being applied to my face.
For those who know me, I have an aversion to anything invasive in the facial area (scaredy-cat) so my expectations were very well managed.
You can imagine my surprise when the result was revealed – honestly, I looked two years younger! I know it’s not permanent but all the same if I can squeeze one in every three weeks – no one will be able to stop me!
