From Royal Ascot and the Monaco Grand Prix to Goodwood’s Festival of Speed, we bring you the highlights of the sporting social calendar
Monaco Grand Prix
A ticket to the Monaco Grand Prix is one of society’s most sought-after commodities. If you want to make sure you have unrivalled views of the track action, a guest pass to The Halcyon Drivers Club Yacht is as good as it gets, giving you access to a 43m tri-deck super yacht; all-day open bar serving champagne and fine wines; gourmet cuisine; and an exclusive Friday night VIP party with Maxi Jazz. You can also enjoy a Q&A session with McLaren Honda driver Jenson Button and mix with celebrities and other personalities from the world of motorsport. 21-24 May 2015. Halcyon Events

Royal Ascot
A little over three months from now, the Royal Procession will arrive on day one of Royal Ascot, making its way down Ascot’s famous Straight Mile to mark the opening of five days of world-class racing, pageantry and style. A true British spectacle and a great day out. Starts Tuesday June 16 2015. Ascot

Festival of Speed
Held in the grounds of Goodwood House, which has been at the heart of the English summer season for over 200 years, this weekend hillclimb event is an intoxicating mix of cars, stars and motor-sport royalty. This year’s festival takes place over the long weekend of 25-28 June. Unmissably high-octane. Goodwood

Wimbledon
No summer sporting round-up is complete without that most famous of grass court tournaments, which swings into action at the end of June. Can Andy Murray do it again? All will be revealed. 29 June – 12 July. Wimbledon
Henley Regatta
Two hundred races, the world’s top oarsmen and, of course, Pimm’s by the jugful – no wonder Henley is one of the highlights of the summer social calendar. Straw boaters entirely optional. 1-5 July, visit hrr.co.uk
British Grand Prix, Silverstone
Silverstone may be the oldest race on the calendar, but it is also one of the best – a formidable, high-speed challenge for the drivers. The Formula One Paddock Club™ places you so close to the pits that you can feel the heat of the engines and see the concentration on the drivers’ faces. You won’t miss a thing. 3-5 July 2015. Halcyon Events
