We have been on a little bit of a pancake roller-coaster recently guys! The abridged version of the last few weeks goes a little something like this:
We loved making pancakes in the village hall kitchens in Boxford with the baby ballet classes going on in the background but we were rather outgrowing the space, and rented kitchens are rather pricey.
So we decided to try and get our kitchen at home certified by the guys over at environmental health to allow us to make pancakes in our own kitchen. We spent weeks writing a brand new Food Safety Management Plan and had bad dreams that we would fail but inspection day came along and we passed with flying colours!
We then moved over to some new pouches for our pancake mixes. We loved the kraft paper natural look but wanted to make sure customers could really see what delicious ingredients went into our pancakes mixes, so we made the bold move to swap to clear pouches.
We then had to rephotograph EVERYTHING for our website which took forever and made us slightly doolally but that was probably as good thing as we decided why we were at it to go crazy and apply to sell on Not On The Highstreet, and guess what… we got accepted! 
So now in our little tale we arrive at today where we are frantically making pancakes as we’ve had lots of lovely orders on our own website and through our Not On The Highstreet store. Cool huh? Keep calm and make pancakes!
