A few months ago, the wonderful Katie over at Katie's Blonde Ambition reviewed our pancakes on her blog. Not only did she say LOVELY things about us, which is always nice (read them here!), but she also took photos that looked so delicious we just had to beg her to take some more for us… and she said yes!
