Unwind with a herbal infusion before your tailored treatment, which concentrates on mental and physically well-being and is inspired by Chinese, the Americas, Indian and Thai traditions.
The AWAY Spa in W London hotel is an oasis of calm with a sleek, minimalist interior. Relax and allow yourself to be pampered in style with soothing music, Aromatherapy Associates oils and the calming scents of the Signature Away massage.
The luxurious 10,000 sq ft Agua Spa at Sanderson is a dreamy, cloud-like all-white haven away from the hustle and bustle of the capital, with meditation beds, 14 treatment rooms and chill-out zones.
The Sense Spa was one of my favourite spas in the capital before the hotel became Rosewood London and I am happy to report that it is now even better than before, with many of the original features remaining, including the relaxation area, the changing areas and the soothing sound of water throughout the spa.
A million miles away from the bustle of Knightsbridge,The Mandarin Oriental Spa has extensive heat and water facilities and expert therapists. With separate areas for men and women, each space has a vitality pool, sauna and amethyst crystal steam room.

It might not immediately scream luxury, but The K Spa at K West Hotel in Shepherd’s Bush offers high-quality treatments and a range of spaces for lounging and relaxing which are really quite impressive.
The stunning Ushvani Spa, hidden behind the heavy doors of a Grade II-listed Edwardian townhouse in Chelsea, abounds with elegant touches and radiates tranquillity. Hibiscus flower features alongside original Malaysian carvings and sculptures, and showers infused with nutmeg and ginger-scented air.
