The ESPA Life features a unique amphitheatre sauna, vitality pool, ice fountain and black mosaic steam room.

Rejuvenate at The Bamford Haybarn Spa on the 7th and 8th floors of The Berkeley Hotel in Knightsbridge. The Bamford Body Signature Treatment consists of shiatsu, meridian and Swedish massage, reflexology and yogic breathing, and The Berkeley’s open-air pool on the 8th floor has sun loungers to bask on a warm day and marvel at the impressive London skyline.

The Sense Spa was one of my favourite spas in the capital before the hotel became Rosewood London and I am happy to report that it is now even better than before, with many of the original features remaining, including the relaxation area, the changing areas and the soothing sound of water throughout the spa.

It might not immediately scream luxury, but The K Spa at K West Hotel in Shepherd’s Bush offers high-quality treatments and a range of spaces for lounging and relaxing which are really quite impressive.

The stunning Ushvani Spa, hidden behind the heavy doors of a Grade II-listed Edwardian townhouse in Chelsea, abounds with elegant touches and radiates tranquillity.
